We collect only the minimum necessary to operate the licence system:
Lemon Squeezy — processes payments and manages licence keys. When you purchase Klartion, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, and payment information. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Enable Banking — provides open banking API access to your bank on your behalf. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your banking authorisation. Klartion stores the resulting access tokens locally on your machine only.
Notion — Klartion writes transaction data to a Notion database you own. Notion's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
Your email address is used solely to:
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your email address for as long as your licence is active or until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Lemon Squeezy's retention policies apply to payment records.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Klartion's web interface uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is stored locally on your machine and is not used for tracking or analytics.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Klartion after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
